PaperArchiver was born out of frustration. In 2025, our founders were spending hours manually sorting, renaming, and archiving thousands of scanned documents for a legal firm. They realised the problem was universal, every business drowns in paper. So they built the tool they wished existed.
Today, PaperArchiver is trying to reach thousands of teams across Europe, from law firms and accounting offices to hospitals and engineering consultancies. Our platform combines best-in-class OCR with AI context analysis to turn chaos into organised, searchable archives.
